Chunking and Feeding Systems
Topos Mondial can build custom dough chunking-feeding systems
for a wide variety of mixes, from firm and dry, to wet and sticky. These
systems are designed to automatically feed the mix from the mixer and
into the next step of the process. These chunkers and feeders can feed
either one or multiple lines and can receive mix from either one or multiple
mixers. All are built by Topos Mondial's baking equipment engineers to fit
